Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns/exchanges in front of delivery man during delivery for defective or damaged items only. Please note:

Products must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached
Return shipping cost is beard by customer
Refunds processed after receiving returned item via bkash/bank payment if paid advanced by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale/discounted items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items with removed tags.
  
  Exchange Process:
  Exchanges subject to:
  - Stock availability
  - Same price range product
  - Customer covers all shipping costs.
    
    Important Notes:
    1. No Physical Store: We operate online only. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse address (provided after approval).
    2. Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/bKash if paid advance.
    3. Color & Fabric Awareness:
      - We provide original videos of each product on our Facebook page (@ommesgallery)
      - Colors may vary slightly due to monitor/phone screen settings and lighting conditions during photography/ videography.
      - Please check actual product videos before purchase
      - Color variations due to different displays are not eligible for return
